A short while ago, the governing body has been making noise about banning internet wagering in the US. While this isn’t likely to develop, Congress will likely attempt to levy a tax on the casinos. This is pushing most companies to shut down their businesses or to move them offshore. Just because the administration has conveyed its moral ideas onto the US community, is certainly no reason that citizens should give up their right to the "pursuit of happiness".
A lot of folks enjoy the web bingo games. Recently a woman won the "Queen of Bingo" contest from one of the websites. She captured ten thousand dollars and international fame for her achievement.
Tens of millions of folks bet at land based casinos and other venues. Why should cyber wagering be singled out? Even the Catholic church rely on bingo to raise $$$$ and they’re tax exempt.
Perhaps we should tell the house of representatives that they work for us, not for themselves. Let them know that the "Constitution" hasn’t been repealed.
